This is the ideal cocktail. Trust me.
The Paper Plane is the perfect drink for a summer day, and the perfect apertif.
It is sweet, and a little bit bitter, but you get a nice kick from the bourbon. The perfectly balanced cocktail. Negroni who?
If you serve these up to your friends they will be tipsy before can get food on the table. This is a classic cocktail, and an instant crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
1 oz Amaro Nonino
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Lemon Juice
Preparation:
Shake with ice, then serve in two coupe glasses! To stretch these out, you could in theory, add a splash of soda. If you’re feelin’ fancy garnish that shit with a lemon peel.
